Before you write
If a specific video will not download, checking two things first saves everyone time. Open the link in a private browsing window where you are not logged in. If Facebook or Instagram shows a login wall, the post is not public and no tool can fetch it. Then check the link points at a single video rather than a profile or a Reels tab.
If it is public and it still fails, that is worth reporting. Include the exact link you pasted and what the page told you.
Rights holders
Requests to block a link or an account from being processed here should follow the checklist in the takedown section of the Disclaimer page and go to legal@example.com. Sending an incomplete request through the general form only slows it down.
Response times
This is a small operation, not a support desk. Most messages get a reply within two working days. Rights requests are prioritised. If you have had no answer after a week, send it again, since spam filters occasionally eat things.
