We host nothing

FeedSave does not store, upload, publish or distribute any video. Every file you download comes directly from Meta servers. We read a public page, extract the address of a file that is already publicly served, and pass it on. If a video disappears from Instagram or Facebook, it disappears from here at the same moment, because there is no copy on our side.

Public content only

The tool works only with content that Meta serves to visitors who are not logged in. It cannot access private accounts, friends-only posts, private groups, Stories, direct messages or age restricted material, and no setting or paid tier changes that. Any attempt to use this site to reach non-public material will simply fail.

You are responsible for what you download

Copyright in a video belongs to whoever created it, not to whoever can reach the file. Downloading a clip does not transfer any rights to you. Reuploading, editing, monetising, advertising with or publicly performing someone else work without permission may be unlawful where you live, and it is your responsibility to know that, not ours.

Personal use of content you have the right to use is generally fine. Everything beyond that needs permission from the rights holder. If you are unsure, ask them or ask a lawyer. We cannot give legal advice and nothing on this site is legal advice.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it will be available, accurate, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose. Meta changes its platforms frequently and without notice, and a change can break lookups for hours or days.

To the fullest extent the law allows, FeedSave and the people who run it are not liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from your use of the tool, including lost files, failed downloads, service interruptions or any consequence of how you use a downloaded video.

Trademarks

Instagram, Facebook, Reels and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. FeedSave is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Meta in any way. These names are used only to describe compatibility, which is a normal and permitted descriptive use.

Reporting content: how a takedown works here

Because we host nothing, we cannot remove a video. A takedown sent to us cannot delete a file that lives on Meta infrastructure. The effective route for a rights holder is to report the post to Instagram or Facebook directly, which removes it at the source and therefore removes it everywhere, including here.

What we can do is block specific links or accounts from being processed by this tool. If you are a rights holder or an authorised agent and you want that, write to legal@example.com including:

• The exact URL or URLs of the posts concerned
• A description of the work and proof that you hold or represent the rights
• Your full name, organisation and a contact address
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised
• A statement that the information you have given is accurate

We act on complete requests promptly. Incomplete requests will be sent back with a note about what is missing.

This disclaimer may be updated as the tool changes or as the law does. The version on this page is always the current one, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. The full terms are on the Terms of Service page.
