Terms of Service
By using FeedSave you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
The agreement
These terms are between you and FeedSave. If you do not accept them, stop using the site. Using the downloader at all counts as acceptance.
What you may use the tool for
You may use FeedSave to download public Instagram and Facebook videos where you have the right to do so: your own content, content you have permission to use, content in the public domain, or content whose use falls within an exception in your own law such as private study, reporting or criticism.
What you may not do
The following are not permitted:
- Downloading content you have no right to use, or reuploading it as your own
- Attempting to reach private, restricted or login-protected content through this site
- Automating requests, scraping the site, or running scripts against the lookup endpoint
- Trying to bypass the rate limit, the signed download links or any other protection
- Using the site to infringe copyright, harass anyone, or break the law in your country
- Reselling access to the tool or presenting it as your own service
We may block any address that breaks these rules, without notice and without explanation.
Fair use of the service
A per-visitor rate limit keeps the service responsive for everyone. Ordinary use never reaches it. Sustained automated use will be blocked, and there is no paid tier that removes the limit.
Availability
The service is offered without any guarantee of availability. It depends on public Meta pages, and those change without warning. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedSave is provided as it is and without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, including lost data, failed downloads, downtime or any legal consequence of what you do with a downloaded file.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnity
If your use of the site causes a claim against us, for example a rights holder complaint about something you downloaded and republished, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Rights complaints
Rights holders should read the takedown section on the Disclaimer page. It explains what we can act on given that no content is hosted here, and what to include in a request.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version published on this page is the one in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version. The Privacy Policy page covers data handling separately.
